Every order is packed by hand and ships within [2–3 business days].
Shipping
US standard ([USPS Media Mail]): [$4.99, free over $50], typically [5–8 business days].
US express ([USPS Priority]): [$9.99], typically [2–4 business days].
International: [not offered yet / rates at checkout].
You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Returns
Not quite right? You can return unused books in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the book price. Signed or personalised copies are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
To start a return, email sworley@nicekittyfilms.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.
Damaged or wrong items
If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] of us receiving the return. Original shipping costs are not refunded except for damaged or incorrect orders.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for [10 business days], email us and we will work with the carrier or reship your order.
